"Billing had me spiraling a bit"
The billing was way more confusing than I expected. I looked at the charges and felt like I needed a detective board with red string just to figure out what I was paying for. Nothing was super clear to me, and I kept second-guessing whether the amounts were right. I’d definitely recommend double-checking your dates and charges closely so everything lines up with what actually happened.

"Pricing felt straightforward"
Not gonna lie, I appreciated that Credit Saint’s pricing was easy to find. I still had to double-check a couple of things just to make sure I understood everything, but it didn’t feel like they were hiding anything. Overall, it seemed fair to me.

"Canceling took way too much effort"
I just wanted to cancel my account, but I ended up having to follow up more than once before it actually got handled. I was still charged in the meantime, which made it even more frustrating. No real concerns about updates or anything like that—the cancellation process was just way more annoying than it should’ve been.

"Helpful, but I expected a bit more depth"
I’m particular when it comes to financial info, so I was hoping Credit Saint’s credit education section would go a little deeper. It was definitely helpful for getting a better handle on what affects my score and what I should be paying attention to, but a lot of it felt basic. I still ended up googling a few things afterward to get clearer answers. Overall, it’s not bad, but it didn’t quite meet the standard I was hoping for. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Decent Experience, but I Needed More Reassurance"
I used Credit Saint for a few months, and from my point of view, the experience was okay overall. They seemed like a real company and not anything shady, but I personally didn’t always feel like I knew exactly what was happening with my account.

Some things did seem to get reviewed or worked on, but I can’t say I noticed a huge change across the board. Whenever I reached out, support did respond, though in my experience the replies were sometimes a little slow or felt general.
For me, it wasn’t a bad service, but it wasn’t something I felt completely confident about the whole time either. I wouldn’t call it a scam, but based on my experience, it landed somewhere in the middle...

"Way happier with it than I thought I’d be"
They helped clean everything up way faster than I expected. i blinked and it felt like half the mess was already gone. Happy with the whole experience.

"Pretty easy to use, from what I remember"
I’ve been using the Credit Saint online portal and, it’s been easy overall. I like that I can just log in and check for updates instead of having to call every time, which is probably the part I remember most because it makes things simpler.

There were a couple times where pages felt a little slow, and I know I clicked around trying to find something, though I couldn’t tell you exactly what it was now. Some labels could probably be clearer, but it wasn’t frustrating enough to really stick in my mind.

I gave it 4 stars because it does what I need it to do. It’s not the smoothest portal ever, but it gets the job done, and the little clunky parts are more of a mild annoyance than a big problem.

"Refund guarantee actually came through"
I was a little hesitant to spend the money at first, so the refund guarantee mattered to me. I ended up trying it, and when I asked for a refund, it went through without any hassle. Definitely appreciated that they stood by it.

"I needed some help and, shockingly, customer service..."
I needed some help and, shockingly, customer service didn’t leave me hanging forever like a bunch of clowns. They replied quick and answered my questions without making it a whole annoying ordeal. Not perfect, but they were helpful and easy enough to deal with.

"Made Credit Repair Feel Way Harder Than It Needed To Be"
I used Credit Saint for a few months, my score barely changed. I know credit repair takes time, but this felt like a simple thing being dragged out and made harder than it needed to be. Most of the time, I felt like I was just paying every month and waiting around with not much to show for it. I expected a better experience.

"Clear updates, thankfully no runaround"
I appreciated that Credit Saint explained things in a simple way, because i don’t have the patience to keep asking the same question over and over. They were polite and clear, and I didn’t feel like I was being left to figure everything out on my own.

The emails and calls were easy enough to follow, and they actually told me what to expect next, which was refreshing. It made the whole process less stressful, even if I was already a bit annoyed having to deal with this stuff in the first place.

Getting signed up wasn’t too hard, but a few parts weren’t super clear and I had to go back and reread things. I also had to wait a bit to get some answers, which made the whole process feel slower than I expected. The rep I worked with was friendly and helpful, so that was a plus. I’m curious if other people had the same kind of start or if my onboarding just happened to be a little slower than usual.

"Consultant was nice, but kinda in a hurry"
The consultant was polite and knew their stuff, but it felt a bit rushed, tbh. Like, they were helpful, but I kinda wish they had taken a little more time with me.

"I signed up thinking they’d help get some..."
I signed up thinking they’d help get some negative stuff removed, but it didn’t feel like much happened. A couple disputes seemed to go somewhere, but most of the items stayed on there. The updates were slow too, so I was left wondering what was actually being done. It felt like something that should’ve been straightforward ended up being more frustrating than helpful. Not really worth it for me.

"I wanted to love it, but the strategy felt too generic"
I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I was really hoping this would feel more tailored to me. though, the strategy came across generic and didn’t feel that personalized. I still like the brand overall, but this particular experience left me a bit disappointed.

"Updates left me guessing"
I kept checking the progress updates because I’m the kind of person who likes to know what’s going on, especially after dealing with similar projects before where clear communication made a big difference. But these updates didn’t really tell me much. They felt vague most of the time, and I was left trying to figure out what was actually being done. It wasn’t what I expected, it got frustrating.
